			<description>From now on, every week, I will nominate a &quot;post of the week&quot; and a &quot;delegate of the week&quot; which will give an extra boost to the Security Council section since delegates will feel compelled to be appointed in one of these categories. I expect every SC delegate to be selected at least once for each classification. Please bear in mind that posts are also being graded, and you must have 2 posts per week in order to receive full credit.
