The first civil war began because Yemen Aden was attacking Yemen Sada'a, and now it continues because the rebels from north Yemen have been attacking the government

so its sort of like north and south korea? two different political governments establishing domain of the whole country?

yes, but without all the nuclear stuff.
but the difference is that supposely yemen is governed by one one presiden't but now south yemen rebels are fighting the government to gain independence again, because before 1990 yemen was divided in two, but in 1990 south yemen and north yemen were joined and after many civil wars they remain together but currently in august another war broke out, and this time the shiites in the south rebeled and iran is supporting them,

in yemen today currently 150,000 people are living as war refugees in sub human conditions, the war is beeing sponsered by countrys such as:egypt, saudi arabia and u.s.a. so delegates why can't you invest in stopping the war instead of only making it worst?

Is the delegate aware that since Yemen has a completly unstable economy, a separation wall will severily damage its economy? They hardly have any money due to the war and separating it will divide the money.

yes the delegate is aware, but the delegate is also aware that ymen's civil war is beeing sponsered by countries such as egypt, usa and saudi arabia and that if that founds are reverted to aid and yemens reastablishing as a whole then, yemen's economy won't suffer as much damage and better, it will recover and economy can even grow larger in both sides .

Saudi Arabia has recently given $5,000,000 to Yemen in the objective to help the country, however due to other issues between Saudi Arabia and Yemen, Saudi Arabia has created a fence between the two bordering countries, which makes it difficult, and almost impossible for Yemen to have access to food supplies and water.
