information: In 2001,UN Secretary General presented the Road Map Towards the Implementation of the United Nations Millennium Declaration. This road map is being followed and they are making reports. In 2002, the focused was in the prevention of armed conflict and the treatment and prevention of diseases, including HIV/AIDS and Malaria. In 2003, they decided to focus on development and strategies for sustainable development. In 2004, it was on transnational crime. In 2005, the the Secretary-General prepared the first five year report in achieving the MDGs. This report shows the development in each area. The MDG's are suppose to be implemented until 2015!
