The delegation of North Korea issues support to the "question of" of the Russian delegation as it will help the planet to rid of the negative influence of the USA. The delegate of NK also requests the support of Russia regarding its own resolution...

The delegate of USA brings a very definite point "nations must abide by [NPT]" for it to work: That is just where the failure of this treaty commences, the UN has no authority over nations that violate the treaty!

The Resolution of Russia is there to prevent attacks, if the USA was planing to make ABM sites in Europe, then why is it against the ideia of Russia having the same plan... it will still provide protection for the people in general... If it is worried about North Korea, then it should vote in favor of Russia's Resolution, this way both North Korea and USA can 'Rest' and stop stressing on this idea.
